Elite Look values your time and commitment to your appointments. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation and No-Show Fees
- Cancellation Notice Period:
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee.
- Cancellation Fees:
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked procedure will be charged, capped at $100.
- No-Show Policy:
- If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the cost of the booked procedure will be charged, capped at $100.
How to Cancel
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via Square, or by texting or calling us at 0481084279 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are not included in the initial procedure fee and will incur an additional cost, which varies depending on the time elapsed since the last session.
Individual healing processes differ, influenced by various factors, and as such, results will vary from client to client. To maintain or perfect results, a touch-up will be necessary for every client at some point. We recommend a touch-up 6-12 weeks after your initial session, followed by annual touch-ups thereafter.
Please note that specific results or color requests for tattoos cannot be guaranteed, particularly for clients with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin, or when covering up an old tattoo. Achieving the desired outcome may require multiple sessions.
